Economic rehabilitation, development of financial market and Ukrainian IT-sector, energy efficiency and housing-public utility — are the most important tasks to be regulated by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine during the forthcoming several weeks, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said at the briefing on results of the Conciliatory Council meeting on Monday.
He said that the task No. 1 for all branches of power in Ukraine is the development of the national economy.
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada informed that soon, the Verkhovna Rada will hold a day of economy related to the development of the financial market.
Besides, the Ukrainian Parliament will have to closely consider all the problems of the energy sector and energy independence.
In his words, another important task is the issue of the visa-free regime.
He reminded that respective draft laws, including the amendments touching the e-declaration [of incomes of Ukrainian officials], will be considered at the next plenary week. Groysman expressed his hope that the people's deputies will support respective legislative initiatives to regulate the issue of liberalization of the visa regime.
